Cette r\u00e9union gouvernementale qui a dur\u00e9e plusieurs heures a, en plusieurs des mesures et des textes r\u00e9glementaires et l\u00e9gislatives, pris d’autres mesures individuelles touchants plusieurs d\u00e9partements minist\u00e9riels et plusieurs administrations.
